Karen Edwards Totally worth doing, learnt so much in a fun and relaxed environment, we had so many giggles as well as learning everything we needed to. Anne is brilliant! Highly recommended, thought before doing these classes I would need an epidural due to low pain threshold but because of these classes I didn't need it as Anne taught me different ways to help!! thank you Anne xx
